We are accepting new workshop applications in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Amman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait City, and Doha. We invite independent watch workshops to join a city-by-city network for physical authenticity inspection, routine service, repair, polishing, and protection. Each assignment depends on the watch, its location, and an agreed scope and fee before referral.

We share the watch details, city, and requested scope when there is a suitable case, without promising a fixed volume.
Your rates, your scope
Submit inspection, routine service, repair, polishing, and protection rates with turnaround times. Your rate card stays for internal review and is not automatically published. You can define a special Malichus referral discount by service; we agree its terms before any booking. For each referral, the client receives the standard rate, discount, and final amount in writing. A Malichus referral reference identifies eligible requests.
Independent judgment
Reports state what was checked, what was excluded, and when a result is inconclusive. Neither the dealer nor Malichus dictates the inspector’s conclusion.
Vetting before assignments
Review and fit
We review business registration, inspectors, tools, brands served, intake records, storage, and insurance. Approval may cover selected services only.
A defined case
We confirm the watch’s city, scope, price, turnaround, local transport, and payer before intake. The workshop documents the watch and accessories on receipt and release.
Submitting an application does not approve or publicly list the workshop, or trigger an assignment. Cooperation starts after vetting and written agreement. Read the buyer and seller inspection process.
