Malichus coordinates the referral and follows the request through to the workshop response. The workshop remains responsible for the work and its technical report.

Malichus client benefit: Approved participating workshops offer a special discount to clients referred by Malichus. The amount, eligible service, and final price are confirmed in writing before booking. The discount applies to eligible requests registered through Malichus with a referral reference issued after review, once a workshop has agreed to its terms.
First phase cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Amman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait City, and Doha. Other city requests are recorded for future expansion. Malichus coordinates matching and referral only; service work and payment are agreed directly with the workshop. We do not ask you to send a watch to another country for routine inspection. Availability depends on qualified workshops in the watch's city. We confirm the workshop, scope, price, insurance or transport, and payer before intake. No work starts automatically.
