Watch Circle terms: authenticity

Effective 27 September 2026. These conditions apply to Watch Circle requests, dealer and workshop applications, watch listings, referrals, inspections, and local service requests.

Authentic watches only

Only authentic watches are accepted. Counterfeit, replica, “copy”, or misleadingly branded watches are not accepted, even if identified as such. They cannot be listed, requested, matched, referred, or offered for service through the Watch Circle.

Information and disclosure

Dealers and sellers must confirm, to the best of their knowledge, that a watch is authentic and disclose replaced parts, aftermarket components, repairs, and modifications that affect its description. Buyers may request authentic watches only. Workshop partners must flag any suspected counterfeit and cannot approve it for a Watch Circle referral.

Review and action

Malichus may request additional evidence or an independent physical inspection and may reject or remove a request or listing, or pause or end cooperation, if authenticity is in doubt. A watch found to be counterfeit will not be listed, matched, or referred. Reviewing photographs, accepting a dealer, or publishing a request does not certify or guarantee the authenticity of a specific watch.
