1. Return Eligibility – 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To qualify:

The watch must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, including all documentation and accessories.

Items with non-returnable labels, personalized goods, or free gifts are not eligible.

Products returned in incomplete or damaged condition may be refused.
2. How to Start a Return

After evaluating your request, we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address.
Note: Do not ship returns to the address printed on your package. That address is not valid for returns.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns

For returns not related to quality issues, the customer is responsible for:

A standard deduction from the refund to cover the original shipping cost:

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Malichus will coordinate a proper solution according to manufacturer policy.
4. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

Refunds without returns (special cases) are processed within 2 business days.

Refunds involving returns are processed within 3 business days after inspection.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase are fully refundable.

Orders cancelled after 12 hours but before shipping may incur a 15% cancellation fee.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after receiving the item under the policy above.
