Your satisfaction is important to us, and we proudly offer a 30-day return window for most items, provided they remain in unused condition and in their original packaging.

1. Return Eligibility – 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To qualify:

  • The watch must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, including all documentation and accessories.

  • Items with non-returnable labels, personalized goods, or free gifts are not eligible.

  • Products returned in incomplete or damaged condition may be refused.

 


 

2. How to Start a Return

Please contact us at info@malichus.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos showing any defect, incorrect item, or discrepancy

After evaluating your request, we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address.
Note: Do not ship returns to the address printed on your package. That address is not valid for returns.

 

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For returns not related to quality issues, the customer is responsible for:

    • Return shipping fees

    • Any customs duties or taxes

    • A standard deduction from the refund to cover the original shipping cost:

      • 30 USD average for OLTO-8 products

      • 50 USD average for ATOWAK products

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Malichus will coordinate a proper solution according to manufacturer policy.

4. Refund Processing

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds without returns (special cases) are processed within 2 business days.

    • Refunds involving returns are processed within 3 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase are fully refundable.

  • Orders cancelled after 12 hours but before shipping may incur a 15% cancellation fee.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after receiving the item under the policy above.
